How these prices are read
Every figure on this site comes from the vendor's own public page, recorded with the date it was read. Nothing is estimated, nothing is carried over from another comparison site, and where a vendor publishes no figure the page says “not published” rather than filling the gap.
Where the figures come from
Each vendor public pages are read directly: pricing pages where they exist, home pages where they do not. A figure is recorded only when the vendor states it itself. The date of reading is printed beside every table, so a reader can check whether the number has moved since.
Roughly half of these vendors serve a pricing page as plain HTML. The rest return an access error, a 404, or an empty shell that only fills once scripts run — and in two cases the price is not on a pricing page at all. Where that happened, the page actually read is named below, so the check can be repeated rather than taken on trust.

What this site does not do
No composite score
A single number out of ten hides which axis a tool leads on. Each table compares one measurable thing at a time.
No paid placement
No vendor has paid for a position, a mention or a link on this site, and none has been offered one.
No affiliate links
Every link to a vendor points at that vendor own page with no referral code, so the ordering cannot be bought and there is no commission on a sale.
No ranking where the evidence is missing
Four of these ten vendors publish no database size at all: Minea, PowerAdSpy, AdPlexity and Anstrex. Their coverage is not compared on numbers anywhere, and no estimate is substituted.
Corrections
If a figure here is wrong, the fix is the same as for any figure on this site: the vendor page is read again and the number is updated with a new date. Prices in this category move — a standing discount becomes the real price, a free plan turns into a trial — so the reading date next to a number matters as much as the number.
